The Challenge
Craft Being is a boutique marketing and branding agency offering a wide range of customized services across multiple levels of need, from early-stage businesses to established brands. The existing services page was trying to communicate everything at once, which left prospective clients unsure which offering was right for them. The work wasn’t just a copy refresh. It was a complete rethinking and repackaging of how the agency presented itself to the market.
The Approach
Before any copy was written, the agency’s services were restructured into a clear set of packages, each with a descriptive name that signaled its purpose at a glance. From there, the page was built to walk visitors through three questions in sequence: what Craft Being does, how they do it, and how the visitor’s specific situation fits into one of the offerings. Conversion principles like reducing decision fatigue, naming the ideal client, and clear next-step CTAs were applied throughout, while the voice and visual cues reflected the brand’s values, tone, and editorial sensibility. The page became less of a menu and more of a guided experience that helped prospective clients self-select into the right level of support.
The Result
The new page replaced a sprawling list of services with a structured, brand-aligned offering page that gives prospective clients clarity on where they fit and how to engage. It functions as both a marketing asset and a sales tool, doing the qualifying work that previously fell to discovery calls.
This project demonstrated something I bring to service-based businesses: the ability to look at a complex offering and not just write better copy for it, but help restructure how it’s packaged and presented so the copy has clean ground to stand on.
